About Us
There’s a trend amongst gluten-free blogs to be predominately, if not only, on food; they have recipes and reviews, but it tends to stop there. We wanted to fix that and provide a safe space to encourage and empower those with celiac disease. We strive to provide articles that inform, support, and encourage those with celiac to live their lives and be more than their disease. If at any point you have concerns that we are not achieving our goal, we welcome you to contact us with your concerns so we may address them.
The Team
So far our team is small (just our founder) but we are interested in adding more writers and are accepting articles and inquiries.
Megan Medeiros
Megan was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2012, after a year of quickly failing health. She has since worked to eat entirely gluten-free and to spread awareness about this disease. She has a bachelor’s degree in English from James Madison University and is a freelance writer. She maintains three other blogs and contributes to several other websites and print sources. She is our founder and primary writer. Her favorite hobby is finding great new dedicated gluten-free restaurants to try.
